FRIDAY
got to sleep in a leetle and went to work
cept today, i didn't have to work bcus it was the opening of D2D in the morning so we all went over there and had the opening ceremony which was pretty cool hahaha
the whole cutting of the pig, burning money, the whole shibang hahaah
afterwards....went shopping with jojo! (i guess i got the day off....)
i bought a qipao after trying on 294837498 times bcus it jus didn't fit right
i got it altered and it was soo cheap still haha :)
anyways, got back to SAE at like 315 and then headed back to HK
(i just saw angelababy in a commercial :O)
ate dinner downstairs
and then watched the opening ceremony :))
SATURDAY
woke up late T_T
i don't remember what i did, we ate at this really good thai resturant though
dinner was good
heehee my life revolves around food T_T
we watched the olympics alot on saturday
silly cantonese channels, only like 4 of them are broadcasting and like 3 are in cantonese T_T
we were watching the women's bball game downstairs on the HD tvs and decided to go home and watch and none of the channels were showing D: they were showing the stupid 5 hour cycling race instead.
anyways. we won so yeeh :D
SUNDAY
woke up EARLY and my dad took me to SAE to show me the way for the rest of the week
takes more than an hour D: two buses and one subway ride
so i have to get up early :/
we watched the shooting competition on the huge screen in the common area for a bit (china dominated!)
on the way back, we stopped by mongkok and i bought some random crap :D hahaha on nu ren jie, also looked in 284839 different shoe stores for these shoes i really wanted but my FEET ARE TOO BIG. stupid asian people and their tiny feet D: just kidding.
hm came back
i made lunch
watched more olympics :)
went to dinner with katherine at this really good japanese restaurant

TWO OBSERVATIONS about the olympics
1. when park taehwan won in the 400m freestyle?? they played snsd as he got out of the pool
that made me LOL :D hahaahahah
so i wonder if they always play the winning country's pop songs :P
2. i was wondering why the US anthemn never had words but then i realized that it was bcus when china's anthemn plays, everyone sings along :)

my mother tells me msbnc bought complete rights to cover the olympics and therefore only shows the american team.
i hope that is not true and if it is
how stupid -__-

anyways atm, i'm watching US cream China in basketball
which is to be expected, as my dad admits
"chinese men are wimpy"
