work was long today, i left home late (kinda on purpose....)
only two days left :)
then i had a not so good afternoon haha (sha tin, mongkok) and i was feeling sad :( but then i met up with jingjing and had dinner with her and now i feel happy again :)
we were talking about the mascots (and the nikes modeled after them!) and she said she liked the green one, jingjing hahaah
and the shoes i want are modeled after beibei (also my name)
i only just realized that the two of us are bejing :B hahaha
so much press covering chinese controversies! so popular
it makes the games so interesting haha
it was all over chinese news too, the lip synching thing, i feel bad for the little girl whose voice was used :( and the cute one too, it wasn't her decision....
and i'm very jealous of her bcus she got to be in a commercial with liu xiang....
anyways. while i think switching the girl was a pretty stupid thing to do
i'm pretty sure if they left the original girl, there would be critics too
there are always critics
no matter what China does, there's always something wrong
RE: the firework footsteps, the americans are just sore they didn't know about it earlier
it's not any different from when the archer in the barcelona olympics missed the cauldron. lol.
the fixing just makes it prettierr
the idea is genius anyways
while i'm annoyed at the lipsynching thing, the footstep thing is forgivable.
interesting how this is all over the news but the photoshoot of the spanish soccer team is not.
the argentinian woman's soccer team did the same, but china beat them good so it's okay :)

lol, i wouldn't put it past the government to change their ages
but those girls deserve the medal
